About the Role

Our Goal
To improve the health and social outcomes of youth by cultivating a desire for change in Stockton communities impacted by the War on Drugs through youth activism, mentorship and peer-led support to address the challenges that lead to risks of substance use.
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing leadership and supervision to program and volunteer staff; Plan, develop, implement and evaluate programs, services and activities; manage budgets and controls expenses; ensure that program goals are met and guidelines are adhered to; and train, monitor, and assess staff on the implementation of "The Development Project".
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise Program and volunteer staff
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinates the operation of Mentorship Programs (Journey, Fusion Friday, Rights of Passage) to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines..
Regularly communicates with key players (Supervisor, community members, partners) to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.
Ensures that key players are regularly informed of the status of the program.
Regularly communicates with management regarding the program's status and any problems or potential problems.
Lead all workshops relating to college access and completion, personal statements, and scholarships
Provides Modified Case Management
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred.
At least three years of related experience required.
Pay Rate : $22.50/hr
